Plus, the real estate appraisal licensing regulatory agencies have allowed real estate appraisers to take live interactive courses, to satisfy the continuing education for their November 30 renewal requirement. This was a big deal, because the appraisal licensing regulatory agencies have to get approval by Appraisal Qualification Board (AQB), which has not allowed the live interactive distance education format for appraisal courses before.
